Luke, our VP of Motivation and Insight (pictured below), has been driving Aspera for over 14 dog years. Every day, in a dramatic act of leadership, he sleeps on the couch to demonstrate his trust and confidence in the quality of work his colleagues create. He can often be assumed to be thinking "I am proud of the way this [team] has recognized potential and fulfilled it to such an extent."
