The supply of DigiDelivery servers has been completely exhausted and Aspera will not be manufacturing any more units. There will be no further software development other than emergency patches on an as-needed basis. The latest version of the DigiDelivery software client (v2.1.1) will remain available as a free download from the Aspera website at www.asperasoft.com/download. Aspera will stop providing support, maintenance and extended warranty services on DigiDelivery products on December 31st, 2011.

Q: I recently purchased a DigiDelivery server, am I entitled to standard warranty?

A. Yes. Full warranty will be honored on all new units purchased from authorized DigiDelivery resellers. All DigiDelivery servers carry a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, as well as 30-day installation and setup assistance.
 

Q: Can I still purchase a support and maintenance contract for my DigiDelivery server(s)?

A: Yes. Aspera will continue offering Standard and Premium software support contracts, as well as Extended Warranty* and Advanced Replacement** plans. All contracts will expire on December 31st, 2011. The cost of all support contracts that are purchased after January 1st, 2011, will be prorated to reflect the December 31st, 2011 expiration date.

Q: Is there a way for me to exchange my DigiDelivery server(s) and upgrade to an Aspera software solution?

A: Yes. Aspera is offering trade-in programs for your DigiDelivery product. Please contact us at sales@asperasoft.com for more details.
