aspera enterprise server

universal file transfer server with desktop and mobile clients

Combining next-generation transport with exceptional transfer and user management capabilities for enterprise applications, the Aspera Enterprise Server is the industry standard for serving up files, directories and large data sets over the WAN with unrivaled Aspera performance.

Built on patented fasp™ technology, the Aspera Enterprise Server delivers maximum transfer throughput independent of distance and network conditions, typically achieving 10-100x speed improvement over FTP/SCP, with end-to-end security and exceptional bandwidth control.

Authorized users can manually upload and download files and directories, or automate transfers through hot-folders and scheduling.  Server administrators can push files directly to their users.

The Aspera Enterprise Server supports connections with a variety of client options including scriptable command line, desktop applications, third-party embedded clients and mobile applications.

Server administrators create user accounts with varied levels of access control, including restricting users to a particular -docroot- directory, security and bandwidth profiles.  Incoming files can be automatically processed.

Licensed on bandwidth capacity, the Aspera Enterprise Server can incorporate the upcoming Aspera Sync add-on for multi-site, multi-directional file synchronization, and can be remotely managed and controlled via the optional Aspera Console web-based transfer management application.
