(For Enterprise Server version 2.1 and earlier)
Cluster Server IP - Cluster configuration via a single IP address

Each cluster node has its own IP address, however the Aspera Enterprise Server should be bound to a single virtual IP address.

To set up the virtual IP address, modify the file aspera.conf and add the BindIpAddress attribute to the fasp™ element. aspera.conf can be found at the following locations:

Windows: \Program Files\Aspera\FASP\etc\aspera.conf
Linux, Solaris, FreeBSD: /opt/aspera/etc/aspera.conf
Mac OS X: /Library/Aspera/etc/aspera.conf
Isilon: /ifs/.ifsvar/aspera/etc/aspera.conf

In the aspera.conf file locate the <FASP ... /> section and add the following statement into the section:

...
BindIpAddress = (virtual-ip-address)
...

Replace (virtual-ip-address) with the virtual IP address of your cluster, such as 192.168.1.10.
